It’s all about art and music for Joanne Juskus. Singing, playing the piano, drawing, painting, graphics and typography have always been her loves. And telling people what to do followed naturally, especially since she comes from a family of teachers. It wasn’t difficult to connect the dots with this skill set. Joanne – by day – successfully runs Joanne Juskus Design and teaches her voice students, and in the evenings and weekends performs as singer, songwriter and pianist. 

Joanne grew up in the Mid Hudson Valley of New York State and now divides her time between Annapolis and Columbia, Maryland. Health issues have caused her to take some time off from performing with TELESMA and teaching voice. She's now on to crocheting afghans....
